中國文化大學 114 學年度新聘教職員公開徵求人才申請單位 ：國際暨外語學院全球商務學士學位學程 學 年114 擬 聘 職 稱專任或專案助理教授以上教師 專 兼 任專任 學 經 歷具有博士學位並曾任職於大學商管相關系所或擔任企業界經理級以上職位。Holds a doctoral degree and has previously served in a university business or management department, or held a managerial-level or higher position in the corporate sector. 專 長本學程為全英語授課學程(含大學部與碩士班)，須能用流利英語授課，並具備商學、管理、經濟、財務金融、會計、統計或行銷等領域專長。並曾在SCI/SCI/TSSCI或國家等級期刊發表論文(含已被期刊接受)，對大學教學、研究、輔導、服務工作具有熱誠者。如獲有科技部或其它政府機關專案計畫者佳。This program is fully conducted in English (including both undergraduate and master’s programs). Applicants must be capable of teaching fluently in English and possess expertise in fields such as International Business Management, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing. Candidates should also have published (or have publications accepted) in SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, or other internationally recognized academic journals. A strong passion for teaching, research, and service at the university level is essential. Preference will be given to those who have received research grants from the National Science and Technology Council or other government agencies. 擔 任 課 程1.大學部: 可教授管理學、組織行為與管理、企業經營分析與評價、國際企業管理、人工智慧與商業運用等。可支援其他課程包含經濟學、統計學、行銷管理、策略管理、商業統計應用、公司治理與企業倫理等。2.碩士班:經營倫理研討、金融營運管理、統計與數量方法等3.支援國際暨外語學院之商管模組課程及語文教學課程。Undergraduate Courses:Preference will be given to candidates who can teach Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Performance Analysis and Evaluation, International Business Management, and AI in business applications. An applicant with the abilities to support other courses such as Economics, Statistics, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, is also desirable.Master Program Courses:Business Ethics Seminar, Financial Operations Management, Statistics and Quantitative Methods, etc.Other business subject courses under the College of International & Foreign Language EducationSupport for business modules and language instruction courses is required. 其它俱備專長 ／備註1.須配合、協助全球商務學程到有關高中招生宣傳、介紹本學程，並講授商管”微學分”或”大學先修”(Advanced Placement)課程。2.須配合本學程有關系務發展、教學評鑑、國際交流、招生輔導等工作。‧ The candidate must assist in promotional activities and outreach for the Global Business Program at high schools, including introducing the program and teaching business-related micro-credit or Advanced Placement (AP) courses.‧ The candidate must support department-related responsibilities such as: international collaboration, student recruitment, and serving as students' advisor.歡迎加入中國文化大學工作團隊，請輸入資料....
